Dandy

Dandy is a silly little bear who is having a had time managing his newspaper hat! He is 3.5 inches tall and made of mohair with wool felt pads. He has onyx bead eyes and is stuffed with polyfil. He wears a red, white, and blue sash and I think he is getting ready for a parade.
